Residence Inn by Marriott Tulsa Midtown

Outstanding overall, staff is exceptionally accommodating, management, maintenance and housekeeping. Polite and professional, quiet Breakfast incorporates extensive options, from very healthy options to the garden variety of typical .Very clean environment, landscaping is impeccable. Safe and secure area, parking convenient. Hallways are quiet. Food and gas within immediate distance, some restaurants within 5 minute walking distance. I would come here and stay again. No complaints whatsoever.

Good value and friendly staff. The hotel offers great value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, which made the stay very pleasant. However, as someone with status, I was expecting some of the usual perks and amenities that typically come with it, but those weren’t provided this time. Overall, still a solid stay with excellent service, but could be improved by recognizing loyalty benefits.

I stayed in July 2025 and was very pleased with the king suite that we were given. I thought to myself, I need to try this place again to give it a better review, so my family and I stayed for thanksgiving this year. The king suite in July had a stand up shower and with a toddler tubs are much easier, so I called at 6:30a on the morning of our arrival asking if they can put us in a suite with a tub, and THEY DID JUST THAT! :D I also requested a crib as a backup incase the option I was bringing did not work and again IT WAS DONE! I spoke to Austin on the phone that morning, thank you Austin you started the stay with a great start! <3 Now i normally stay at IHG hotels when I travel and this hotel makes it hard to ever go back. 1) the Breakfast. The breakfast in my option is better than any IHG i have ever stayed in. 2) the cleaniness. I did not find anything amiss, even after having to sleep on the pullout to care for my toddler. 3) the staff. Austin was amazing on his customer service (honestly everyone at the front desk was lovely) and not only that but the custodial staff saw me in the depths of a dirty diaper and knew i would need a quick disposal. SO lovely.

Clean large rooms. Hotel is nice. Breakfast was good. Internet is slow, and cost them one star. Would recommend residence inn.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Tulsa Midtown. The studio room was nice and spacious, and having the small refrigerator and microwave made it feel like a home away from home. My son really loved the workout room, which was excellent. It was well-stocked with nice clean towels, cleaning supplies, and a water dispenser, which we really appreciated. The lobby was also great—they had water, flavored water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available at all times, making us feel very welcome. As a Tesla driver, being able to use the on-site Tesla charger was a huge benefit. The location is also a plus, especially being so close to Braum’s for a quick treat! I do have two quick warnings for other guests: The shower was incredibly slippery (I almost fell twice), so please use caution. Breakfast ends at 9:00 AM, which is a bit early if you’re hoping to sleep in while on a trip. Overall, it’s a wonderful, clean property with great amenities for families and EV owners. I’d definitely stay here again—I'll just be more careful in the shower and set an earlier alarm for breakfast!

I always try to give a 5 star rating whenever possible, and the experience was all in all VERY good! My only complains are the fee for the dog, which they call a deposit. That's cool! A deposit! But when I asked when I get it back, they said I don't. That to me sounds like rent, not a deposit. If it were $20.00, $30.00 or even $50.00, I wouldn't complain. But it was $150.00!!! That being said, the room was very nice (not superb, but comfortable), the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. I would love to stay there again if I weren't traveling with a dog.

If you go to Tulsa, stay here. Great location, easy to get to. But the staff was the best reason. Great knowledge about the Tulsa area, gave us great recommendations. We hung out at nights in the outdoor patio area and had a great time! Thanks much for a great trip. We'll be back!

I love this location, my room was super clean and met my expectations overall. Front desk staff was nice and friendly. I will definitely be staying here again as I travel to Tulsa frequently.
